1. How do I place an order?

After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking code. Use this code on the Post Office website or on our store's tracking page.

6. How do exchanges or returns work?

We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
